The three head counselors walked into the dining room covered in bandages to the surprise of the campers. Suddenly the cheer of “BOG WAR” erupted around the room. Like that , the greatest bog war in camp history kicked off. Three teams- Ahavas Hashem, Ahavas Yisrael, and Ahavas HaTorah-led by their amazing generals were neck and neck throughout the war, from the first tefillah to the scavenger plays to the halacha skit through MBP and to the plays at the end of this truly amazing war.

Nothing can slow down CGI, not even a fast day. What started off as a normal day quickly turned into a fun one. The first staff vs. camper baseball game was a massive “hit” with all. Every hit and run just added to the fun. But the fun didn’

t end there, an amazing magic show preformed by the amazing Mike Patrick topped off the day. With his wondrous card tricks and magical moves the entire camp was enthralled.

Friends and family descended on beautiful, sunny day on camp yesterday for visiting day. With patents meeting staff and campers eagerly catching up with their families, this was officially another great day at Gan Yisroel.

Two amazing waterslides, a splash pool, bumper boats,go karting,mini golf, and a bbq. Sounds like fun? Well this past Thursday The campers of NOD and the 4th grade division did just that. They went to the Carousel Water & Fun park in Beach Lake, PA, for a day of fun, friends, and food.

NOD’s is a division like no other!  With special activities like Challah Baking to NOD-Exclusive night activities and games, bonfire in the forest, to an awesome late night dance party and lots of smiles, So many games where played as the music was blasting, and the lights were flashing, not to mention NOD’s amazing energy! Lets not forget our amazing davening program- where the campers learn different Halachos and Chabbad Minhogim – while earning many extra rewards!

Once again, we had another spectacular week in NOD!
