Tonight in CGI we had a farewell concert featuring Shlomo Simcha with musical accompaniment by Fitche Benshimon. We even had Berel Dick join in for a song or two. Everyone danced to the lively music & we all sang together by the hartzige camp tunes. What a fun way to end the last week of CGI ’82!

As a Hachona to Chof Av we all sat down together in shul for a special pre Chof Av rally. There we watched rebbe videos, answered questions & had raffles on fantastic prizes. The next day we loaded onto the buses our destination, the Ohel. When we arrived we all gathered in the 4th tent for a quick rally & then we went into the Ohel. After grabbing a bite to eat we headed back to the buses this time towards the Rebbe’s shul, 770. When we arrived at 770 we davened Mincha & said the 12 Pesukim, after which we headed back to camp for supper.

“3,2,1 COLOR WAR!” Plays, Songs, MBP, Grand Sing, Grammen & so much more fun! COLOR WAR was so amazing everyone had such a great time just look at all those happy campers!

Today 6th Grade got a taste of BMD! We started off with rafting & had an absolute blast, then we headed to Walmart to get some shopping done & to top it all off we stopped off at Liberty Pizza for a delicious pizza supper!

Today at CGI NY we had an awesome trip to Liberty Heights! There were arcade games, VR stations, rock climbing, laser tag, trampolines, dodgeball & lava launching slides! There was even a Kosher restaurant in the park so campers could purchase & enjoy some delicious  snacks and drinks.
