In honor of the most amazing mivtzos,(chitas, rambam, etc.) connect 4 (4th grade), 5g (5th grade), and basix (6th grade) were treated to awesome events to celebrate! The events included delicious gourmet food, music and fun games! The campers really enjoyed it!
As the Coach Busses pulled up, and were filled with hundreds of the happiest campers of Gan Yisroel, everyone could tell that this year’s grand trip was going to be unbelievable! Despite the long drive, the campers were occupied with Mishnayos Baal Peh and a rewarding raffle, and some videos that made the time pass quickly. And then they arrived at Six Flags! The park was rented out with a few other yiddishe camps, leaving everyone to go on as many rides as possible! From the park’s famous roller coasters, to the various arcades and activities, this grand trip was like no other! Exuberant after four hours at the park, the campers concluded the best Grand Trip in Gan Yisroel history!
What a wonderful day in camp gan yisrael! In addition to all the usual amazing activities, sports, learning and davening, in honor of winning shabbos competition, bunk yud gimmel got to go on a grand trip to bowling!
Today, there was a breakout by lunch for a grand trip to Aquatopia! After Mincha and a delicious supper of breaded chicken and minestrone soup, the coach busses took off to the waterpark. At this beautiful indoor waterpark there were a multitude of pools (including wave pools), rivers, and water slides that the campers had a blast using. After the trip, as every camper got onto the bus, they each received a danish and a water bottle to enjoy on the very comfortable ride back to camp.
